This original piece is titled “The Cereal Killer”. It is painted on 27 by 15” Saunders Waterford paper, and is signed by the artist.
This is the eighth painting in the story about life on a still life table in which I am exploring various styles of painting still life. “The Cereal Killer” is painted in the style of Picasso.
It was definitely time for a bowl of my favourite cereal topped with fruit while I considered the conclusion to my juicy tale. Just how were PearO and Japp going to capture their prime suspect, the Clementine? In fact where was that little orange rascal? My stomach rumbled longingly.
“Juice for thought, huh Pearo” I murmured as I picked up the little red, plump fellow. As I looked searchingly at his small rotund body it almost felt as if PearO answered me. “I have been such a fool. It isn’t the Clementine, it’s YOU who is the murderer.” “Thank you Pearo” I whispered and grinning I took a bite of his superior juices, picked up my brushes and painted this last painting - The ‘cereal’ killer.
