This original piece is titled ”Murder on the Orient Express - Whacked and Unwrapped”. It is painted on a half sheet (approx 15x22”) of Saunders Waterford cold press paper, and is signed by the artist.
This is the fifth painting in the story about life on a still life table in which I am exploring various styles of painting still life. “Murder on the Orient Express” is painted in the Expressionist style.
Pulling his peel closer around him to keep his core warmer, Hercule PearO peered through the rain as he watched the train make its way towards the platform.

A limited edition of 80 prints, each hand signed by the artist and supplied with a custom designed certificate of authenticity. Available in a choice of sizes and materials; 12 by 16, 16 by 22, and 20 by 27 inches on velvet fine art paper or high quality canvas. Canvas prints are supplied stretched over a wooden frame (‘stretcher bars’) and may be either hung as is, or placed inside a conventional frame. Limited edition prints are printed to order, so if you have a specific size that you would like we can accommodate that - just send us an email! Please allow approximately one week extra for delivery of canvas prints.
Open edition giclee prints, sized 8.5 by 11 inches, are printed on velvet fine art paper using archival inks and are hand signed.
Shipping - please read!
Our intention is to charge shipping at cost, however the shopping cart we are using doesn’t cater for this. The shipping charges you see when you add an item to the cart are appropriate for a single item to Canada and the USA. If you order multiple items it is likely that we can ship for less than the cumulative price the cart will calculate - we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if you are ordering from outside Canada/USA the shipping may be more than indicated. If so, we will need to contact you with the additional cost. Obviously you may decline if you wish, in which case we will refund your order in full.
