Life at the moment is more than a little crowded in the barn swallows nest. The babies are growing fast. Their baby down has almost gone and they will soon be ready to leave the nest. The lack of space at the moment makes feeding time especially challenging. Each time a parent returns there is a tussle for the prime feeding spot as a sea of mouths opened wide. As mum returns once again with some food the two most well behaved babies of the family are sat nicely at the front of the nest with their fluffy little wings neatly folded beside them. They would not dream of pushing their siblings out of the way. They have their mouths wide open ready to be fed just as their mother has told them to do. The most demanding of the family however is determined to be noticed and to get his beak in front of them. The oldest baby is feeling fed up because he is not being offered the food this time. In his annoyance he decides to block the baby of the family from getting closer to the food. For the baby there is simply “no room at the inn”.

A limited edition of 80 giclee prints, each hand signed by the artist and supplied with a custom designed certificate of authenticity. Available in a choice of sizes on either canvas or paper; 10x16, 12.5x20, 19*30. (Approximate printed sizes in inches, paper is usually bigger to allow for easy mounting. Canvas sizes must be adjusted for nearest available bar size and may require slight cropping.)
Open edition giclee prints, sized 7 by 11 inches and hand signed.
Both open and limited edition prints are printed on high quality paper or canvas using archival quality ink. Prints on paper may be ordered bare, mounted in a choice of double mats with foam core backing, or fully framed. Prints on canvas are coated with protective varnish and stretched over a wooden frame. Shipping - please read!
Our intention is to charge shipping at cost, however the shopping cart we are using doesn’t cater for this. The shipping charges you see when you add an item to the cart are appropriate for a single item to Canada and the USA. If you order multiple different items it is likely that we can ship for less than the cumulative price the cart will calculate - we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if you are ordering from outside Canada/USA the shipping may be more than indicated. If so, we will need to contact you with the additional cost. Obviously you may decline if you wish, in which case we will refund your order in full.
