This original piece of Art is titled 'Edge of Extinction'. It is painted on Arches cold press paper and measures 19.5 by 21.5 inches and is signed by the artist.
Lemurs are found only on the island of Madagascar off the southeast coast of Africa. Over half of lemur species range in classification from critically endangered to vulnerable because of habitat loss due to deforestation. The word Lemur comes from old Latin, and refers to ghosts or spirits. The staring eyes, the haunting sounds, and the nocturnal ways of the lemur inspired early observers to think of them as ghosts or forest spirits. I just hope that they do not really become ghosts because of our huge impact on their environment.

A limited edition of 80 prints, each hand signed by the artist and supplied with a custom designed certificate of authenticity. Available in a choice of sizes; 12x16, 16x20 and 20x27 (approximate printed sizes in inches, paper is usually bigger to allow for easy mounting).
Open edition giclee prints sized 8.5 by 11 inches and are hand signed.
Both open and limited edition prints are printed on high quality velvet fine art paper using archival quality ink.

Our intention is to charge shipping at cost, however the shopping cart we are using doesn’t cater for this. The shipping charges you see when you add an item to the cart are appropriate for a single item to Canada and the USA. If you order multiple items it is likely that we can ship for less than the cumulative price the cart will calculate - we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if you are ordering from outside Canada/USA the shipping may be more than indicated. If so, we will need to contact you with the additional cost. Obviously you may decline if you wish, in which case we will refund your order in full.
