As you walk along the deserted shoreline watching the storm clouds dissipate you see an old wooden boat, still damp from the rain glistening as golden rays of sun light up the sky.
The inspiration for this multimedia pen and watercolor painting came from a quote by Byron. “The evening beam that smiles the clouds away, tints tomorrow with prophetic ray”
In addition to the original painting, a number of high quality print options are offered:
A limited edition of 80 prints, each hand signed by the artist and supplied with a custom designed certificate of authenticity. Available in a choice of sizes; 12x16, 16x20, 20x27, 24x32. (Approximate printed sizes in inches, paper is usually bigger to allow for easy mounting, with the exception of the 24x32 which includes small borders in that measurement.)
Open edition giclee prints, sized 8.5 by 11 inches and hand signed.
Both open and limited edition prints are printed on high quality velvet fine art paper using archival quality ink, and may be ordered bare, mounted in a choice of double mats with foam core backing, or fully framed.
Shipping - please read!
Our intention is to charge shipping at cost, however the shopping cart we are using doesn’t cater for this. The shipping charges you see when you add an item to the cart are appropriate for a single item to Canada and the USA. If you order multiple items it is likely that we can ship for less than the cumulative price the cart will calculate - we will refund the difference. On the other hand, if you are ordering from outside Canada/USA the shipping may be more than indicated. If so, we will need to contact you with the additional cost. Obviously you may decline if you wish, in which case we will refund your order in full.
